Just a quick note that the crappie fishing folks would like to hear the crappie are turning on at Arkabutla Lake. If you have not read my article you need to check it out, the cove behind Hernando point is not producing any crappie, but if you go to the other marker I have pointed out you might just luck up like a buddy of mine and he caught 12 and every crappie was over two pounds and one rang in at 4 pounds.
Try just what I show you in the article tipped with a minnow in 6 to 8 feet of water around the buck brush. It seems they have tied on the feed bags and getting ready for winter.
